I am the founder of Art that Heals Mentoring and designed the program Unleash the Artist in You, a Spirit-led initiative that guides artists out of hiding and into courageous creativity. Through mentoring, workshops, and creative practices, I’ve helped artists move past perfectionism, fear and shame, and take steps toward their dreams. I am currently completing my new program “Moxie by Design,” where healing happens through a combination of art, neuroscience and scripture.
For years, I battled feelings of unworthiness, anxiety, physical pain, and sickness rooted in emotional trauma. Traditional therapy offered little relief, but Jesus met me in the mess and began rewriting my story piece by piece. Through creative expression and Spirit-led healing, I discovered lasting freedom and now I help women do the same. My passion is to create a safe, grace-filled space where women can reconnect with God, rediscover their creative voice, and rise into the masterpiece they were designed to be.

"I feel free!"
"Marjolaine helped me to set goals, boundaries, and to speak up for myself, and my life has shifted in ways I’d never imagined! I lost weight, and my marriage is stronger. I dabbled in art before, but now I’m a professional artist. Something I didn’t think was possible! I’m learning what I like and don’t like and learning what it means to be me! I feel free!"
- Bree
"Healing was happening"
"Marjolaine, you are a blessing. During the workshop, I knew Father God was present and healing was happening. I was very creative as a child but drifted away from art because of life and hurt; I missed it more than I realized. Thank you for allowing God to use you. He was speaking to me through you. Today, I let my younger self play with whatever I could find, watercolors, markers, and colored pencils."
- Mary Pauline
"A most enjoyable time"
“I am 67 years old and have never had an art class of any kind. I never thought I would enjoy doing so. Marjolaine’s Art that Heals changed all of that for me. I was able to speak to something I often fall victim to and through art put it on a canvas. In doing that I could see that I’m stronger than I think. Thank you Marjolaine for creating a safe atmosphere and making it a most enjoyable time.”
- Malinda Tibbetts Fight4Freedom
"I'm finally being seen"
“The Being Seen day of your art challenge was incredible. For so long, I felt unseen and unappreciated, but through your challenge, I learned to slow down, stop striving, and let God work. Since then, blessings have poured in, people are buying my art, I was featured on TV, and two newspapers wrote about me! I’m finally being SEEN, and your challenge was a huge part of that breakthrough.
- Connie
"God has healed so many hurts"
“I love Art that Heals and the mix of art and seeking God for healing. God has shown me so much and has healed so many hurts I had. I love having the completed art page as a reminder of what God has done…or is still doing. They are on the wall in my bedroom, so I see them first thing when I wake up. Thank you Marjolaine, for your faithfulness and willingness to serve.”
- Lisa Bourgeois
"I now enjoy art again"
"Marjolaine has challenged me to go places where I didn’t think I could go. I now enjoy art again because of her. For years I believed I wasn’t creative. For her it’s not about painting a beautiful canvas for all to admire. It’s about a journey where your God given creativity comes alive. It looks different for everyone. She will be your greatest cheerleader."
- Angelika da Silveira
"Reclaimed creativity and joy"
"Marjolaine Walker has been instrumental in helping me reclaim more creativity and joy in expressing it in my own journey!"
- Fabia
"Deeply grateful"
“Words really do not go far enough to express how deeply grateful we are for all that you brought to our Ladies Night. The expressions of appreciation from everyone was beautiful, and to know that our guests were so happy with the night is a wonderful thing. We really saw that Holy Spirit had inspired you. The pure joy was evidenced by the laughter in the room! The plan was for fun, encouragement and to be challenged in their faith, and I believe we totally hit that mark.”

"The spark to create again"
“Marjolaine Walker Thank you! You are one person I hope to never forget! It was you that gave me the spark to create and paint again. I thank you for that too! 💞 It’s true, you are the spark that started my flame.”
